Listing Information When entering the List Date you can enter it in any format you want. For Example:
  • 01/01/2018
  • January 1st, 2018
  • January 1st
Or you can use a term such as "tomorrow" or "Friday" to describe the day it will be listed.


Highlighted Area This is a specific area of the home you want to highlight in your posts. Does the home have an amazing kitchen? Make sure you highlight it! What about that beauiful backyard? This is the spot to make sure it gets seen!
Also make sure to include a decriptive word or phrase for your highlighted area. For example, if your highlighted area is the kitchen you may want to uses terms such as:
  • stunning
  • inviting
  • gourmet
  • beautifully remodeled

Features Make sure to point out thing such as granite countertops, central air, hardwood flooring, etc. If the item needs an "a" or "an" in front of it, make sure to include it. For example:
  • a covered porch
  • a patio
  • a pool

Descriptive Words Use any term you feel describes the property. Here are some examples:
  • beautiful
  • remodeled
  • charming
  • amazing
  • georgous
  • updated
  • etc.

Hashtags Using hashtags is one of the best ways to get your posts noticed on Instagram and Twitter. We recommend you come up with a block of hashtags that you save somewhere, so you can easily paste them here. Make sure to put a space inbetween each hashtag. Ex: #justlisted #realestate
